Irvine Premier Soccer Club is proud to be a community based non-profit organization devoted to providing a competitive soccer development program for our youth. The enjoyment of the sport of soccer is fundamental to our purpose, and we seek to instill in our players the lifelong values of Character, Teamwork, Passion,. Our programs teach the technical, tactical, physical and psychological components of the game on a foundation of character.

Our programs are designed with close consideration for age-appropriate cognitive, psychomotor and psychosocial development of young players. The training environments for our U9 girls teams compared to our U16 boys teams are therefore very different but all programs remain strictly within the IPSC philosophy.

Within the southern California soccer culture we see passionate competitiveness all too often slide into fanatical ego-driven decision making by coaches in the no limits pursuit of victory. At IPSC we are committed to character based values-driven decision making. IPSC is a competitive soccer club and as such we teach our players how to compete at their very best in the pursuit of victory but NEVER at the expense of good sportsmanship.

We encourage volunteer coaches who work shoulder to shoulder with professional licensed coaches and trainers. All members of our club support our development philosophy and are driven to build our community based soccer experience.

If you are interested in learning more about how to get involved with IPSC as a player, a coach, a trainer, a parent or an administrator please send us a message via the following link click here.
